Scott’s goal is to accurately view the world through the eyes of his clients, and to collaboratively help them enhance their ability to effectively lead and influence others, to nimbly navigate complex organizational dynamics, and to identify and align their development efforts with strategic organizational goals as well as their personal career objectives.

Scott has in the past worked as a quality and productivity process facilitator, leadership skills trainer, organizational effectiveness consultant, and executive coach with leaders in a wide variety of industries including wireless communications, computer technology, biotechnology, biomedical, manufacturing, transportation, healthcare and not-for-profits. He is experienced in working with organizations of all sizes and at all stages in the business life cycle, from start-ups to established global entities.
Due to his extensive experience working with leaders from around the world, as well as serving as a consultant and coach for leaders driving diversity, equity, and inclusion in their organizations, Scott is particularly attuned to nuanced cultural differences and the role they can play in leadership and performance effectiveness.
