Sandy Smith

Sandy is an executive coach, consultant and facilitator. She works with leaders and teams to optimize results and job satisfaction. While she works in various industries, the majority of her engagements are within highly innovative, technology-based organizations. She also works in early stage companies serving first-time CEOs. She has worked with Amazon clients since 2011.

Sandy has held executive positions in the telecommunications and software industries, including being a founding executive in two technology companies. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in business and a Master’s degree in applied behavioral science. She earned a professional coaching certification from the Hudson Institute where she now teaches in the coach certification and Master Coach Program. Sandy holds a Master Coach Credential from the International Coach Federation and is certified in multiple assessment instruments.
