Founder and Principal Insight Hatch Coaching & Consulting

Nadja started her coaching practice after more than 20 years in business leadership roles, out of a desire to have a more meaningful impact on how people navigate work and life, and a strong conviction that leaders and teams who tap into their strengths and are intentional about their goals produce better results, lead happier lives, and drive lasting change, one organization and business at a time.

Nadja earned her Executive Coaching Certification at the Hudson Institute of Coaching and is accredited with the International Coaching Federation. She holds a degree in Engineering and throughout her career she focused on building and scaling businesses, developing people, and creating capabilities from the ground up. Prior to coaching, she spent 14 years at Procter & Gamble leading various businesses across Latin America and the US, 7 years at Amazon, most recently serving as Director, General Manager for US Private Brands, and she was Chief Revenue Officer for The Bouqs Co.

Nadja brings to coaching her experience leading large and diverse teams, insights from two decades managing businesses at various stages of maturity, and a unique point of view as a Latina in corporate America. She integrates this experience with a robust coaching methodology, empathy, candid feedback, and light-hearted humor, to help leaders increase self-awareness, build new mechanisms and mental models to operate, and increase personal and professional satisfaction.

Nadja focuses primarily on executive leaders and executing teams that are seeking or experiencing change. She is passionate about helping her clients manage transitions, articulate clear goals, be more effective in their communication, increase their impact and securing the support they need to succeed.

Nadja is mom to Matilde (12) and Fernanda (10), and wife to Marco. She is an avid reader, learner and lover of chocolate and wine. She was born in Venezuela to immigrant parents and emigrated herself in her twenties.
