Adrienne Kortas has been coaching Amazon Sr. Managers, Directors, and VPs since 2016 and has 15 years of experience in L&D and Leadership Development at Fortune 50 companies. A former Amazonian, Adrienne’s expertise in coaching, leadership development, and outstanding communication and facilitation skills has been beneficial to Amazon culture and numerous individuals. While at the company, she led several collaborative initiatives to develop bar-raising programs that improved leadership across Amazon. She is known for bringing great knowledge and professionalism, infectious enthusiasm, and genuine warmth to every project and personal interaction.
As a Hudson Institute certified and International Coach Federation (ICF) accredited executive coach, Adrienne works with leaders who are seeking to develop their emotional intelligence, show up as an authentic leader, lead and influence at scale, and motivate a team to meet Amazon’s high performance bar. She is also passionate about increasing representation of women in leadership roles and has come to understand and help female executives cultivate their authentic presence, voice, and leadership vision.
In addition to coaching engagements, Adrienne leverages her background in Leadership Development to design and facilitate custom workshops and team sessions on topics including communication, conflict management, feedback, trust, diversity & inclusion, and coaching for managers.
Adrienne is a wife and mother of three children, who knows first-hand the challenges of managing the ‘fullness’ of life with less stress and more joy. In her free time, she enjoys good food, wine, tennis, and travel.
